Replacement Commercial Parts Warehouse, Inc. and Sohar's All Season
Mower Service, Inc began over twenty-five years ago and since its
inception we have take pride in our excellent customer service and sales
departments. Original and Aftermarket parts offered on our website are
manufactured by their respective companies and are available only
through us as a goods reseller. Sohar's and RCPW reserves the right to
substitute alternate aftermarket parts for similar aftermarket parts (we
will not substitute aftermarket parts for original parts without express
consent from the customer).
Prices are subject to change
without notice. Replacement
Commercial Parts Warehouse, Inc and Sohar's All Season Mower Service,
Inc are not responsible for typographical errors. Please note that some
artwork/graphic images on this website is for item/part representation
only and does not represent that actual part that is being purchased. If
you are unsure about a part please contact us in advance before
ordering.

during our business hours only. Call Toll-Free at 1-800-937-7279 or
local 330-467-1332. To order by fax please use our fax number at
330-468-2426. Please note that during normal business hours call volume
is very high and we may not be able to immediately take orders. If
possible, please use our online cart service. If you are calling for
parts lookup please have part numbers or your model/serial information
ready before calling for best service.
Limited Warranty Replacement Commercial Parts Warehouse Inc.
warrants its parts to be free from defect in material and workmanship
under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from date of
purchase.
Terms of Sale: There is no
minimum order, however all orders under $7 are subject to a $5 small
order fee. We offer payment via credit card including Visa, Mastercard,
Discover and American Express as well as payment via Cashier's Check or
Money Order. We do not accept personal checks as payment.
Hours of Operation: We are
open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) and
are closed Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays.
Returns and liability: Please email
ahead for return authorization form and a return form will be sent to you.
Liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts or refund.
This warranty shall not apply to any part which Replacement Commercial Parts
Warehouse Inc., in its sole judgment determines whether the part has been
subject to misuse or improper installation. Sohars All Season Mower
Service Inc & Replacement Commercial Parts Warehouse Inc. shall not be
liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of misuse, abuse, lack of
reasonable care, or misapplication of our products.
We are not responsible for unseen
delays for "special ordered" items, or production delays as they are
beyond our control.
If we have made an mistake in shipping
parts, we will assume only the responsibility of purchase price and
shipping both ways. Items are to be returned in new condition and shipped in
the manner we specify. You will not be charged a restocking fee.
All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
(Shipping charges are not refundable)
"Special Order" items are not returnable.
(Decks, Bag Kits, Engines, Accessories, and factory ordered parts.)
If we have sent you a part that is wrong, and you provided the part
number, you are responsible for all return freight and any incurred
expenses.
We can not accept any returned electrical merchandise, per industry
standard. We also CANNOT accept returns of Gaskets, Seals & Electrical
Items. Also, we do not accept returns on parts or equipment that have been
installed or assembled.
Returns must be made within 30 days of
receipt of your order. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.
